SIS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Chester. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them maintain independence and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, empowering them to build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards their recovery goals. You will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of the people we support.
Job Responsibility

Acting as a Key Worker
Using Recovery Star, weekly planning, goal setting, and budgeting support
Requirements
A genuine passion for supporting people and making a positive difference
Experience working within mental health services
Experience working in a supported living environment
A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
