Job Description:

2 x 6 Month Support Worker Temporary Contracts available at our Supported Living Service in Barnsley, S70. Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment. We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants. All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices. Each person has their own individual care package of support.

  • Supporting tenants in individual activities
  • Working closely with families and significant others within the person we support circle of care
