If so, Real Life Options is looking for you to join our amazing team in Leeds Outreach. We support a diverse range of individuals in the community and in their own homes – each with their own unique needs and goals. You will generally spend your shift in one place and help people live more independently.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (e.g. meal prep, personal care, budgeting)
  • Social activities (e.g. swimming, gym, rugby games, concerts)
  • Building life skills and confidence
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
  • Risk-assessing situations and supporting positive behaviour

Requirements

  • Understanding of mental health conditions and behaviours of concern
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex or forensic needs
  • Confidence working with safeguarding, grooming behaviours, or MAPPA cases
  • MAPPA training
  • Anthony Bainbridge training (or similar)
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required
