Job Description:

You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Our service users are active and social – they love going to the cinema, watching tribute bands, enjoying pantomimes, and relaxing with takeaway nights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Personal care and administering medication
  • Assisting with meals, home maintenance, appointments, and finances
  • Encouraging community involvement and social activities
  • Promoting independence and self-confidence

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be drivers or live locally due to our rural location, limited public transport, and shift patterns
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
  • You must be willing to complete an enhanced Adult PVG for this role
