Requirements

Carry out duties as required under the direction of the Manager/Shift Leader
Be involved in meeting each service user's individual needs on a daily basis
Support service user's individual priority needs
Facilitate the involvement of service user's in daily household tasks
Assist in providing basic care where people have a physical illness
Carry out personal care as part of the role
Report any client general issues/concerns to the Manager
Participate in any service user's leisure pursuits at home and within the community
Act as Key-Worker where appropriate
Advocate on behalf of service users where appropriate

Job Responsibility
