Support Worker

Make a Real Difference. We’re looking for a caring and committed person to join our friendly team at Frederick Street, Stockton-on-Tees. This is a full time role where you'll be supporting four individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and multi-sensory impairments in a Supported Living Service. Your support will help them live independently, confidently, and joyfully—at home and in the community. Whether it's assisting with daily routines or joining in on fun activities like ice skating, discos, or walks, you’ll play an important role in making every day meaningful.
