About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the Coventry Locality. You’ll be supporting individuals to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives—every single day. You will help people with a range of needs, including: Learning disabilities; Autism; Mental health needs; Physical health conditions. Every day is different, and your support may include: Personal care; Cooking, cleaning & household tasks; Medication support; Budgeting, shopping & attending appointments; Helping people build confidence and independence; Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines. You’ll be part of a supportive team, but may also work independently at times — and you’ll have the chance to build real, lasting connections that truly make a difference.
