Support Worker

• Providing general day-to-day support within the service
• Maintaining a safe, tidy living environment
• Offering emotional support and reassurance
• Supporting clients to engage in activities within the service and the community
• Carrying out welfare checks and monitoring wellbeing
• Prompting and supporting with personal care routines and appointments
• Recording accurate daily notes, observations, and relevant documentation in line with CQC requirements
• Limited personal care required
• Occasional support with showering

• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices

Experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential
