Support individuals with disabilities by creating joyful experiences, fostering meaningful relationships, and cultivating inclusive communities. Engage in activities like art, sports, and events. Assist participants with daily living skills and help them thrive in their personal and social lives.

Job Responsibility:

Match people with shared hobbies and passions
facilitate engaging activities like art sessions or sports games
guide individuals to explore communities and participate in events
cultivate an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere
recognize milestones and provide encouragement
work with the team to design vibrant, interest-focused programs

Requirements:

Experience in supporting people with disabilities
experience with complex behaviours
First Aid/CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
valid driver’s license
insured car
