Job Description:

As a Support Worker in a Home & Living environment, create a warm, engaging environment where participants feel comfortable, connected, and supported. Embrace inclusion, independence, and dignity while empowering people to live their best lives with personalized care and support.

Job Responsibility:

support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
recognize and encourage progress
keep accurate, clear, and timely records
be a trusted presence overnight, ensuring safety and peace of mind while supporting independence

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
ready to work across a 24/7 roster which can include overnight and weekends
passionate about supporting people
champion diversity and individuality
empathetic
detail-oriented and organized with accurate record-keeping
