As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. You will be working in a registered care home, as part of a fantastic team supporting 13 people on site across 3 bungalows and an activities building. From making a cuppa and having a boogie at a disco, you will be supporting with them with finding their place in community. The people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach – big or small. Your role will involve promoting independence and building meaningful connections. You will be available to work a variety of shifts, some mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car
