We support vulnerable adults to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. We’re looking to recruit Support Workers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Whether you're experienced in care or completely new to the role, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Committed to delivering high standards of care
  • Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends
  • Must live in or be able to travel within specified areas (Irvine, Kilwinning, Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Beith, Kilbirnie, Dalry)
  • PVG check required for successful applicants
