Job Description:

Autism Initiatives provide a personalised autism specialist service that makes a positive difference to the lives of autistic people. As a Support Worker we are looking for someone enthusiastic who will enjoy joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will also promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
