Support Worker

At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities. We currently support five individuals at this service. The people we support are largely independent and mainly require prompting, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their daily goals. We will provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you are equipped to succeed in your role.
