Job Description

SUPPORT WORKERS - WILTSHIRE (£13 PER HOUR). Supporting adults & young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Are you someone who believes everyone deserves the chance to live a full, confident, and independent life? We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team in Wiltshire, supporting people in their own homes and out in the community.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting someone to build daily living skills at home
  • Helping them access the community, from shopping trips to social groups
  • Encouraging new hobbies, activities, and personal goals
  • Providing emotional reassurance and practical support
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence
  • Working alongside families, professionals, and your team to deliver person‑centred care
