Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for block-booking placements across The Western Isles, Argyll & Bute, Orkney, and Shetland. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to support vulnerable adults in remote communities where your care truly makes a measurable difference. Key Details: Pay Rate: £19.00 - £26.00 per hour (dependent on experience, location, and role). Hours: Full-time, stable placements ranging from 45 hours to 70+ hours per week. Duration: Minimum commitment of 3 months required. Settings Available: Homecare (community-based), Residential Care Homes, and Supported Living Services.
