Support Worker

At Real Life Options, we provide person-centred support that empowers people to live life on their own terms. This role is based in supported accommodation, where you’ll be providing one-to-one support for an adult with autism, a learning disability, and communication difficulties. The individual is non-verbal, uses Makaton, and may display some challenging behaviour. You’ll play a vital role in helping them lead a fulfilling life, from assisting with daily routines to supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
