Job Description:

As a Support Worker at Aruma, you will support people with disabilities to live independently, connect with their community, and pursue their interests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and social inclusion while sharing your interests and hobbies to enrich participant experiences. Job Responsibility:

Provide person-centred support across home and community settings
assist with daily living activities, including high personal care
share your interests and hobbies to enrich participant experiences
support social inclusion and community participation
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised support plans
empower people to achieve their goals and live life on their terms.
