Job Description:

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated person to support an individual living in their family home. This person has complex clinical needs due to a spinal injury and is tetraplegic — but that’s just one part of who they are. They love getting out and about in the community, enjoying activities like darts, boat trips, and local events! You’ll play a key role in supporting enriching, meaningful activities — and your empathy and positivity will make a real difference in this person’s life.

Job Responsibility:

Support an individual living in their family home with complex clinical needs due to a spinal injury
Support enriching, meaningful activities like darts, boat trips, and local events

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Experience in Complex Care
Experience in Spinal Injuries
Experience in Bowel Care (desirable but not essential)

Nice to have:

Experience in Bowel Care
