Job Description

Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same? As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll provide practical, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, building meaningful connections while supporting their daily routines and independence. If you enjoy variety, meaningful work, and helping people live well at home, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) + Medication assistance
  • Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
  • Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
  • Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
  • Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or similar)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
  • A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
