Job Description:

Binley Woods is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated care team supporting young adults aged 16–25 with complex mental health needs. Based in a peaceful residential setting with large gardens and shared communal spaces, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young people—helping them to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and guide young adults at critical life stages
  • Provide structure and positive role modelling to support young people managing mental health challenges
  • Supporting young adults aged 16–25 with complex mental health needs
  • Helping them to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future
