You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Our service users are active and social – they love going to the cinema, watching tribute bands, enjoying pantomimes, and relaxing with takeaway nights. About the Service: The service is based in a beautifully converted Old Steadings surrounded by farmland, with a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Just a short walk away, you'll even find horses to feed at the stables. It’s a peaceful and welcoming environment that our staff and service users truly appreciate. No two days are the same, and you’ll be making a real difference every step of the way. Shift Pattern and Hours: You will work as part of a rota-based team covering the following shifts: 07:30am – 03:30pm; 02:00pm – 10:00pm.
