Ad Hoc Support Worker - Supported Living (Stoke - on -Trent) We are currently recruiting Ad Hoc Support Workers to support adults within a supported living service based in the Stoke - on - Trent area. This is a flexible, as - and - when role, ideal for individuals looking for occasional shifts to cover sickness, annual leave, or increased support needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Providing emotional and practical support
  • Supporting community access and activities
  • Promoting well being, dignity, and choice

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the UK is necessary
  • Caring, adaptable, and reliable
