Knowledge of care planning systems and keyworking principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to use your own initiative. Good IT skills for documentation and record-keeping. Familiarity with supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD, or complex needs. Understanding of safeguarding, "Person-Centered" care, and health and safety regulations. Ability to utilize adaptive communication methods (verbal and non-verbal).
