Job Description:

Do you have a passion for helping others, join an industry leader as a Support Worker and empower individuals to achieve their goals and live the life that they choose. You'll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities
Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development
Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
Support community participation and recreational activities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
Advocate for customer rights and promote independence

Requirements:

Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
Empathetic, compassionate, and resilient
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current First Aid, CPR, Drivers licence & NDIS Worker check or willingness to obtain
Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts
