Job Description:

As a Support Worker, your role involves bringing joy, fostering independence, and empowering participants to live life on their terms in a home and living environment. You'll provide seamless care across a 24/7 roster while advocating for dignity, inclusion, and equality.

Job Responsibility:

support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
keep accurate, clear, and timely records
ensure participant safety and peace of mind during sleepovers

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
