Support people in Clubhouse locations, in their own home or in the community, helping create communities where like-minded individuals can explore their hobbies, form friendships, and thrive.

Job Responsibility:

Create joyful experiences and foster meaningful relationships for people with disabilities
Connect people through shared interests and hobbies
Facilitate engaging activities like art sessions, sports games, or group outings
Help people explore their communities and participate in events
Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere
Celebrate milestones and support people in achieving their goals
Collaborate with team to design vibrant, interest-focused programs
Support participants in their home with daily living skills

Requirements:

Experience in supporting people with disabilities
Experience with Complex behaviours
Eager to learn
Creating relationships and fostering inclusion comes naturally
First Aid/CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Valid driver's license
Insured car
