Support Worker

Supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, physical disabilities, and other complex needs means truly getting to know them, their stories, interests, and what matters most. One day you might be heading to the park, the next enjoying a favourite café or hobby. Your role is to motivate, encourage independence, and build genuine, trusting relationships every step of the way.
