Job Description

We are looking for caring, trustworthy and dedicated individuals to join our team. Every day is different as we promote our service users to make their own choices, achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community.

Job Responsibility

  • Promoting independence and decision making

Requirements

  • Must be a driver with full UK license

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
