Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Assist with hygiene, meals, household tasks while respecting choice and preference
Foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
Keep accurate, clear, and timely records that ensure top-quality care

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
ready to work across a 24/7 roster including active overnights and weekends
