Job Description:

Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7 bed residential home for Young Adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. Our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. We have a committed and passionate workforce and are looking for likeminded people. All training and support is provided as well as a learning packed induction period.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting with meals and drinks
Helping with personal care, including bathing and showering
Engaging in meaningful activities both at home and out in the community
Building a relationship with the adults and their families
Supporting adults to access on-site Hydrotherapy pool and Rebound trampoline

Requirements:

6 months of UK based work experience (in any sector) before applying (does not apply to school/college leavers)
Able to work from 7am or until 9:30pm depending on weekly rota
