As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role as the glue that connects our clients, our business, and the broader community. You’ll be providing essential support that makes a difference in people’s daily lives while helping maintain strong relationships between clients and their community.
Job Responsibility:
Help with meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic home environment for clients
Offer social support and companionship to keep clients connected and engaged
Maintain accurate documentation and follow client care plans
Provide personal care, assist with showering, dressing, and medication assistance
Requirements:
A kind heart and a genuine passion for supporting older Australians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Flexible part-time shifts between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday
