Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
maintain accurate and timely records for quality care delivery
provide support during sleepover shifts ensuring safety and independence
advocate for dignity, inclusion, and equality

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
ready to work across a 24/7 roster including overnight and weekends
ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment
ability to assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks
strong record-keeping skills
passion for supporting people
