Job Responsibility:
Support with daily living tasks (e.g. meal prep, personal care, budgeting)
Support with social activities (e.g. swimming, gym, rugby games, concerts – sometimes during evenings)
Building life skills and confidence
Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
Risk-assessing situations and supporting positive behaviour
Tailor support to each individual’s needs, routines and aspirations
Follow clear, structured support plans
Work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Understanding of mental health conditions and behaviours of concern
Experience supporting individuals with complex or forensic needs
Confidence working with safeguarding, grooming behaviours, or MAPPA cases
