As a Support Worker working in our Home & Living or Children Services teams, you’ll help people live independently, feel confident in their homes, and stay connected to their community. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and more meaningful.
Job Responsibility:
Support adults or children to build skills and reach personal goals
Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, hygiene, and household routines
Encourage social connection through hobbies and community activities
Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
Keep clear, accurate records to support quality care
Requirements:
Compassionate and people‑focused
Open to learning new skills
Reliable and comfortable working a rotating roster including over nights and weekends
Organised and attentive to detail
Able to obtain First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC
Hold a current Drivers licence
To work in Childrens Services, you must hold a Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain)
