Job Description:

As a Support Worker in a Home & Living environment, you'll empower people to live independently and with dignity. Working in Warabrook, Gateshead, and Toronto locations, this role involves creating a warm, engaging environment for participants, assisting with personal care and household tasks, and supporting community engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
Foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
Keep accurate, clear, and timely records
Be a trusted presence overnight, ensuring safety and peace of mind while supporting independence

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
Ready to work across a 24/7 roster, which can include overnight and weekends
