Support worker

At Affinity Trust, we empower people to lead meaningful lives on their own terms. As a support worker, you will play a key role in promoting independence and building social connections. Your support will make a real difference in their lives. You will be supporting two gentlemen in their home in Ashford. They enjoy getting out and about and each has access to their own vehicle, so you must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be comfortable driving their cars. In this role, you will take the initiative to encourage independence while building positive and meaningful connections with them.
