The Manor is a residential home which houses 22 residents with a variety of different disabilities and needs. Located in the beautiful and rural town of Brampton in Huntington Cambridgeshire, the service is close to Hinchingbrooke Country Park and the local town centre where you can enjoy local pubs, Notcutts Garden Centre, cafes, and restaurants. Your working hours. We offer occasional hours. This is to support the business covering sickness and holidays, so if you want to top up your income this could be the perfect choice for you. Typical shifts may include: • Day shifts: [e.g. 8am - 8pm] • Night shifts: [e.g. 8pm - 8am]

Job Responsibility:

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Help each person live life on their own terms

Requirements:

Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
Good communication and teamwork skills
Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
