Support Worker Waking Nights

This is more than a job; it’s a career that supports people to live life to the full. We need proactive and reliable people to join us within our Residential Services. We have positions for Support Workers to work nights. We have over 9 different houses located both in Central and Northern parts of the Island where they are located within easy reach of local bus routes. You will be joining a friendly, established team that provides quality support to autistic adults. Our waking night shifts usually start at around 22.00 and finish at 08.00 where you will work a 4 night on, 4 night off shift working pattern. Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual.
