Your support will make a real difference in their lives. We are looking for someone to join our team working nights at our home in St leonards East Sussex supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs support. You will be working in their home so it’s important you can connect whether its because they like to stay up late and watch a film listen to Music with a hot chocolate or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. Or they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required. People may need support with areas of their personal care and well-being support to take medication or help getting around. This is for 4 waking nights per week from 10pm - 7am. You will need to be able to work flexibly including some weekends. You will need to be able to attend training and meetings during the day as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly including some weekends
  • Ability to attend training and meetings during the day as required
  • Enhanced DBS check required
