As a Support Worker / Tutor within the Clarendon Recovery College, you will play a key role in delivering a socially inclusive, education‑based approach to mental health recovery. You will co‑produce and deliver engaging courses alongside co‑trainers, supporting adults in their journey towards improved wellbeing and independence. The role combines teaching, support and coordination — from developing course content and leading sessions to supporting students with learning plans and monitoring outcomes. You will also provide day‑to‑day guidance to students, encouraging participation in education, employment and community activities, while ensuring all administrative and programme delivery standards are met.

Requirements
Experience working with individuals or groups in a mental health, community, education or support setting
strong understanding of the challenges people may face during mental health recovery
excellent communicator

maintain accurate records
