Qualified teacher
Able to communicate fluently/fluidly with individuals that are deaf
Provide study skills support on a one to one basis
Must possess one of the following qualifications: Advisory Teacher for Deaf Students, Advisory Teacher for Students with MultiSensory Impairments, PGCE* and Registered Qualified BSL Interpreter, PGCE* plus specialist qualification in relevant subject (e.g., Deaf Studies, English, Linguistics, Deaf literacy specialist qualification, Deaf Awareness qualification)
Other teaching qualifications accepted at Level 4 and above (Certificate HE Teaching Toolkit, PGCTLHE, Diploma in Education & Training (DET), CTLLS, DTLLS)
Must be currently self-employed or in the process of registering as a self-employed professional
Must be able to receive emails and phone calls when on location
Most experienced and qualified support workers will be selected for interview
