Job Responsibility

  • Supporting SEN learners within a school or college setting
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
  • Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines
  • Contributing to reports and student progress records

Requirements

  • Passionate and caring individuals who want to make a difference
  • Strong communicators who can build positive relationships
  • Patient, adaptable and proactive team players
  • Experience is welcomed but not essential - full training provided
  • Own transport is recommended due to location not easily accessible by public transport
