Job Responsibility

  • Supporting SEN learners within a school or college setting
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
  • Supporting student well-being and daily routines
  • Contributing to reports and student progress records
