Support Worker - Residential Care

• Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities
• Promoting independence and well-being
• Documenting care provided

• Based in or around West Cumbria
• Able to commit to a minimum of 36.5 hours per week (3 shifts)
• Holding an Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates (PMVA desirable but not essential)
• Possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
• Possess at least 6 months of UK care experience (in any setting like hospitals, community support, etc.)
• Flexible to travel up to 1 hour from home
