Support clients with light cleaning, showering, dressing, grooming, transport to appointments, grocery shopping, meal preparation, medication support, and building trusted relationships to help older Australians stay in their own homes safely and confidently.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting older people and making a difference
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (fleet vehicle also provided for work use)
  • Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using smartphones and digital systems
