Support Worker Wanted – Grow With the Illawarra Team! Permanent Part-Time | Regular Weekday Shifts | Work That Truly Matters. We have regular weekday shifts available across the Illawarra region (between Nowra and Sussex Inlet), with services starting between 8am – 4pm. Job Responsibility

  • Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone's whole day
  • Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
  • Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and comfortable
  • Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
  • Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
  • Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
  • Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Cert III in Individual Support ( Or similar )
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable car, current driver's licence & comprehensive car insurance
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
