As integratedliving Australia continues to grow, so does our need for caring, dependable Support Workers to join our wonderful team. We have regular weekday shifts available across the Illawarra region (between Nowra and Sussex Inlet), with services starting between 8am – 4pm. Job Responsibility

  • Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone's whole day
  • Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
  • Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and comfortable
  • Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
  • Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
  • Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
  • Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

Requirements

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Or similar)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable car, current driver's licence & comprehensive car insurance
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
