Requirements

You must have a Full Clean Valid UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role
Dynamic, resilient and passionate about improving the lives of children with complex mental health needs
Previous experience supporting children or young people with mental health conditions, trauma, emotional dysregulation, EUPD or complex behaviours is highly desirable
Experience within residential care, CAMHS, mental health, secure services or supported living would be advantageous

Respond calmly and confidently during periods of distress, using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches to support positive outcomes
Encourage engagement in education, hobbies, community activities and daily routines that promote wellbeing and recovery
Work collaboratively with families, social workers, CAMHS, education providers and other professionals to deliver person-centred support
Tailor your approach to the young person's individual needs, strengths and lived experiences while promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
