Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with: Personal Care; Medication; Finances; Accessing the Community.
